We are a Logistic Company, looking for Qualified and Highly Motivated person for the following position :

Branch Manager (BM) - Semarang
Semarang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities: 

• Exercises full complete responsibility for the company’s operating activities, developing and managing a business operation that increases revenue and sales growth, cost and margin control profitability, execute company’s policy and objectives, to achieve company’s goal, to achieve customer service level and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales, branch operation and personnel development activities. Prepare annual budget plans and expanding businesses

Requirements:

• Female or Male
• Age between 30-40 years old. Matured, analytical, innovative with a pleasant personality.
• Excellent in English spoken and written, able to Speak Mandarin
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Logistics Manager or Deputy Branch Manager
• Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to develop a team are essential to this position
• Computer skills essential
• Ability to work independently with little supervision is a must
• High sense of integrity
• Knowledge in Logistics and Warehouse Management is a definite advantage
