Institutional Business Consultant (IBC) Semarang
Semarang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

• You will be providing Corporate clients or Entrepreneurs with Employee Benefits
  Programs for their employees
• Human capital is the most valuable assets to every companies’ success. Having the
  right compensation and benefits package in accordance to the Labour Law
  stipulation are essential to attract and retain the right talents to the company
• As an IBC, we aimed to partner our Corporate clients in formulating the most
  suitable Employees Benefits Scheme for them

Requirements:

• Matured Male / female between 27 - 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing area handling corporate
  clients, preferably in Financial Industry (Insurance/Banking)
• Willing to travel within or outside Semarang
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Highly discipline and result oriented
• Will be placed in Semarang
